BRICS labor ministers to discuss skills-training plan

Labor ministers from the BRICS countries - Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa - will meet in Chongqing on Wednesday and Thursday. At the meeting, China will join the other members in drafting a skills-training plan, according to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. The plan is aimed at alleviating poverty and enhancing cooperation among BRICS employment research organizations.
