Fraudster fails in QR code scheme
A man, surnamed Lyu, was detained after attempting to use a personal QR code to defraud a store on July 12. The store owner sought police help after finding that Lyu had replaced the store's QR code with his own before running out of the store. After an investigation, police detained Lyu, who admitted to the crime.
