Asian Financial Cooperation Association launch set

The launch ceremony of the Asian Financial Cooperation Association will be held in Beijing on Monday, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The association aims to play a positive role in maintaining regional and global financial stability. At the Boao Forum for Asia in 2015, President Xi Jinping spoke about the need for a mechanism to facilitate communication and cooperation among Asian financial institutions. More than 100 institutions from around the world will join the association as founding members.
