Police search for violent trike rider

Police are searching for an electric tricycle rider in Hailing who physically assaulted a woman, surnamed Tang, who chased after him on her bike for several kilometers after she saw him knock down a senior on the city's Dongfengnan Road. The man beat Tang and then fled the scene. Tang was sent to a nearby hospital for treatment after police arrived at the scene.
