BRICS ministers to sign cultural cooperation deal

Cultural ministers from the five BRICS countries - Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa - plan to sign a cooperation agreement when they meet in Tianjin on Wednesday and Thursday. They are meeting ahead of the ninth BRICS Summit, scheduled to be held in Xiamen, Fujian province, in September. China holds the rotating chair of the bloc this year.
