Statistics bureau to release economic data for June
On Friday, the National Bureau of Statistics will release the purchasing managers index for June. The index is an indicator of manufacturing activity. The PMI came in at 51.2 in May, unchanged from April, which was the lowest since October. The index has remained above the 50-point mark, which separates expansion from contraction, for the 10th straight month.
