HK forum to promote Pearl River Delta cluster

On Saturday, a forum promoting construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area will be held in Hong Kong, Hong Kong Economic Times reported. The plan calls for the creation of a globally competitive cluster of metropolises in the Pearl River Delta. Raymond Tam Chi-yuen, Hong Kong's secretary for constitutional and mainland affairs, said the commission will submit a full plan to the State Council, China's Cabinet, this year. The forum has been organized by the National Development and Reform Commission.
