In the latest in our documentary series on Chinese culture, China Daily's Erik Nilsson looks at some of the country's "hot" foods. Many foreigners would guess chili peppers and the like would be hot - and traditional Chinese medicine would agree. But few would guess that other hot foods would include such fruits as lychee and cherries.
