NPC Standing Committee to discuss various draft laws

The National People's Congress Standing Committee, the country's top legislature, will convene its bimonthly session from Thursday to Tuesday in Beijing. Members will discuss the draft law on national intelligence, draft amendments to the Water Pollution Prevention and Control Law, and draft revisions to the Law on Promoting Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.
