Society: Dalian fertility center gives hope to ailing women

Nearly 40,000 frozen human embryos were moved to the Dalian Women and Children's Medical Center from a lab in the city in Liaoning province on Wednesday. The center, which freezes more than 2,000 embryos every year, is where Dalian's first baby through in-vitro fertilization was born. The facility is offering egg and embryo-freezing services to women with malignant tumors to maintain their reproductive capacity.
