Morgan Stanley decision due on China A shares

Morgan Stanley Capital International will announce on Tuesday whether it will finally include China's domestic A shares in its global indexes. In June last year, the global financial services company delayed for a third straight year the A-shares' inclusion in the MSCI Emerging Markets Index, citing regulatory issues and accessibility for global investors.
