Pachakutiq, the dinnertime eatery in Beijing's Sanlitun Soho, is celebrating its one year anniversary this weekend in that space (it's a Cafe Flatwhite in the daytime) with a new Nikkei menu. Hip and colorful Nikkei cuisine is a fusion of traditional Peruvian with Japanese cuisine, which came to that South American land via centuries of settlers.
