Bidding for Warren Buffett's power lunch closes on Friday
Bidding for a chance to dine with investor Warren Buffett ends on Friday. The Berkshire Hathaway CEO has been auctioning lunches through eBay for the past 18 years to raise money for charity. Last year, the winning bidder paid more than $3.4 million. The proceeds will go to Glide, a San Francisco charity that serves about 800,000 meals each year to the poor. So far, Buffett has raised more than $23 million for Glide.
