Briefing planned on the role of banks in Belt and Road

The State Council Information Office will hold a media briefing in Beijing on Thursday on the achievements of the banking sector in supporting the Belt and Road Initiative. Pan Guangwei, executive vice-president of the China Banking Association, will address the media. Executives from the China Development Bank, the Export-Import Bank of China, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and Bank of China will also attend.
