Red notice issued for suspect
A Foreign Ministry spokesman said on Wednesday that Interpol had issued a red notice for criminal suspect Guo Wengui. Spokesman Lu Kang made the remarks in response to a question at the ministry's routine press briefing. An Interpol red notice indicates a high priority and is the nearest thing to an international arrest warrant.
