Top legislator Zhang Dejiang will visit Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus and Russia from April 12 to 21. In Russia, Zhang, chairman of the National People's Congress Standing Committee, will attend the third meeting of the cooperation committee between the NPC and the Russian parliament.
