19 held after fatal building incident

Nineteen people are in police custody after they were implicated in an incident at a construction site in Guangzhou that resulted in nine deaths and two injuries last month, local authorities said on Saturday. A platform 40 meters above the ground collapsed at around 8 am on March 25 at the Guangzhou No 7 Thermal Power Plant construction site in Conghua district.
