Holiday to see warmth, smog
The majority of China will see warmer spring days during the coming Qingming Festival, also known as Tomb-Sweeping Day, the China Meteorological Administration said on Friday. But part of the northern region will see air quality worsen during the three-day holiday, which starts on Sunday, and air pollution in some northern cities like Beijing and Tangshan, Hebei province, will peak on April 5, the Ministry of Environmental Protection said.
