Vice-premier to deliver keynote speech at forum

Vice-Premier Zhang Gaoli will deliver the keynote address at the opening of the 2017 Boao Forum for Asia in Hainan on Saturday, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Presidents Hery Rajaonarimampianina of Madagascar and Peter Christian of Micronesia, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal of Nepal, Afghan Meshrano Jirga President Fazal Hadi Muslimyar and Vice-President U Myint Swe of Myanmar will attend. The four-day event will discuss ways of creating a more inclusive globalization.
