Republic of Korea to return remains of 20 soldiers
On Wednesday, the Republic of Korea will transfer to China the remains of 20 soldiers who were killed in the Korean War (1950-53), according to the Ministry of Civil Affairs. Since 2014, the country has returned the remains of 541 Chinese volunteer soldiers killed in the war, the ministry said. Wednesday's transfer will be the fourth since the two countries signed an agreement on returning the remains in 2013.
