A new globalization trend is emerging

Intensify opening-up

With globalization at a crossroad, China should continue opening-up to the outside world in order to promote globalization. Opening-up is a basic national policy and a determinant factor in China's future development. As China is the world's second largest economy, it has the responsibility of building and promoting a sharing global community, which is the destiny of all humankind.
