Minister calls for nuclear dialogue

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi has called on all parties involved in the Korean Peninsula nuclear issue to grab opportunities, eliminate challenges, and manage and control the situation. When meeting on Monday with the visiting Ri Kil-song, vice-foreign minister of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Wang said China values the two-way traditional friendship and is ready to boost exchanges, mutual understanding and the healthy development of ties. Ri said the DPRK is ready to further promote ties and communicate in depth with China on the issue.
