Situation easing in Hebei villages

Shijiazhuang - Zhao Xingquan, who comes from a village in Hebei province near the suburbs of Beijing, had his happiest and busiest Spring Festival this year.
"We opened our own hotel," he said. "There are 10 rooms and four private dining rooms. We even hired a cook."
A few years ago, Zhao could not have imagined such a thing.
