Tsang guilty of misconduct

Hong Kong's former Chief Executive Donald Tsang Yam-kuen was found guilty on Friday of misconduct while in office for failing to declare a conflict of interest when he approved applications for radio broadcasting license by a broadcasting company Wave Media. The jury could not reach a decision on a charge of bribery. Tsang led Hong Kong from 2005 to 2012. Tsang was granted bail and the trial will continue on Monday.
