Fake divorce gets overturned

A man in Fuyang county managed to divorce his wife of 13 years by having a friend pretend to be her, it has been revealed. The man, who has not been named, divorced Li Hong, with whom he has a son and daughter, in June 2012. However, Li did not find out about the divorce until recently and appealed to Fuyang county court, which declared the divorce certificate to be invalid. The marriage office has admitted that the woman who signed the divorce certificate was not Li.
