Promotion planned for employment

On Jan 18 the executive meeting of the State Council, China's cabinet, approved the employment promotion plan under the 13th Five-Year Plan (2016-20), and will further improve security for citizens facing difficulties. According to the meeting, employment promotion will create more jobs and opportunities by developing advanced manufacturing and new industries through mass entrepreneurship and innovation, to realize employment potential. Local authorities should prioritize helping people facing difficulties, and enhance natural disaster emergency aid.
