Committee to unite military, civilians

President Xi Jinping will chair a newly established top-level committee that aims to better unite the military and civilians, according to Xinhua News Agency. The Central Civil-Military Integration Development Committee, officially approved on Sunday, is set to make key decisions, hold discussions and coordinate on major issues in the implementation of this strategy and direct any in-depth integration.
