Direct flight links Wuhan, Sydney

The first direct regular air route between Wuhan and Sydney, Australia, will start operation on Jan 27, Shanghai-based China Eastern Airlines announced on Friday. The new airline, linking the biggest city in Central China and a major gateway to Australia, is expected to play a big role in promoting international exchanges for Wuhan and help it develop into a core city, the airline said.
