Russian National Ballet to stage The Nutcracker
The Russian National Ballet Theatre is returning to Shanghai for another performance of The Nutcracker. It will be staged at the Oriental Art Center on Saturday. The troupe last performed The Nutcracker in Shanghai in December 2014. Its repertoire includes not only classics such as Swan Lake, The Nutcracker and Sleeping Beauty, but also modern ballets set to the music of Mozart, Bach and Ravel.
