Guideline to improve disaster relief work

The central government has issued a guideline regarding disaster prevention and relief to upgrade the country's capacity to cope with natural disasters. The document, released on Tuesday, said more efforts should be made to balance the relationship between humanity and nature, and to properly handle the relationship between socioeconomic growth and disaster prevention and relief.
