Cabinet discusses foreign investment

On Dec 28, the executive meeting of the State Council, China's Cabinet, said opening-up to the outside world remains the country's basic State policy and more measures will be taken to build a fair and equitable competition environment for foreign investors. The meeting, presided over by Premier Li Keqiang, also said foreign investors will be encouraged to invest in services and advanced manufacturing industry.
