Woman bathed but didn't pay

A migrant worker in Ma'anshan city who is accused of breaking into hotel rooms to bathe has been detained. The 27-year-old woman, surnamed Fan, was allegedly caught using a hotel's facilities without paying for them, prompting the hotel manager to call the police. Fan, who is from Huainan city, told police she was trying to save on the water bill at her rented accommodation.
