Agri-subsidy system to improve

China will reform its agricultural subsidy system to increase support given to green agricultural practices, according to a new plan issued by the ministries of finance and agriculture. Local authorities should beef up the protection of agricultural resources and improve the fertility of farmlands, according to the reform plan on establishing an agricultural subsidy system oriented toward green ecology.
