OPENING

The Kew Green Hotel Wanchai Hong Kong, a new British-style hotel brand launched by HK CTS Hotels in September, opened on Nov 29.

Wanda Realm Shangrao opened in East China's Jiangxi province on Nov 25, becoming the 102nd luxury hotel under Wanda Hotels and Resorts across China. With 313 guestrooms and suites, the new hotel in Shangrao has four restaurants and bars, offering cuisines from Guangdong, Hunan and Jiangxi provinces, and dishes and snacks from other countries, as well as afternoon tea and cocktails.

Sheraton Wuhan Hankou Hotel in Central China's Hubei province has been officially granted five-star status and joined the ranks of Sheraton Grand Hotels, a new premier tier the brand has designated for their enticing destinations, distinguished designs, and excellence in services and guest experiences.

SHOWCASE

Plateno Group launched a total of 24 new hospitality services at its fashion show in Guangzhou, capital of Guangdong province in South China, from Dec 9 to 11. During the Plateno Group Collection event, the second session after its debut last year, guests could engage with various major group brands and their new hotel services, via a series of interactive games.

The AccorHotels Showcase, a leading hotel exhibition series staged across the Asia-Pacific region in November, provided opportunities to discover accommodation trends, news and stunning hotels and resorts from around the world.
