Meeting reviews development plan
The executive meeting of the State Council, China's Cabinet, presided over by Premier Li Keqiang on Dec 7, reviewed three major arrangements of the 13th Five-Year Plan (2016-20), namely, promoting the economic rise of central regions, improving information technology and encouraging technological breakthroughs. The plans are aimed at achieving a more balanced development and a better economic structure.
