Murder suspect caught 23 years on

Police in Changsha said on Tuesday that they have captured a man suspected of a triple homicide 23 years ago. The man was apprehended in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, on Sunday. It is alleged that the suspect, Liu, had a run-in with several villagers in 1994 and fatally shot three of them before fleeing. Police were tipped off last month that Liu might be hiding in Nanning. The ensuing investigation uncovered that the man had assumed a fake identity.
