Work group setup to probe blast

The State Council has launched a work group to investigate a coal mine explosion that left 32 miners dead in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, the country's work safety watchdog said on Monday. Several officials, including deputy heads of the city's work safety bureau and the Yuanbaoshan district work safety bureau, were suspended from their duties over the incident, Xinhua News Agency reported on Monday.
