Nanning to host major stamp exhibition

The 2016 Asian International Stamp Exhibition will open in Nanning, capital of the Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, on Friday. Thirty-two member states of the Inter-Asia Philatelic Federation will take part in the event, which will feature nearly 1,300 boxes of stamps. The United Nations Post Office will mark the show by releasing a souvenir sheet based on Chinese themes. Chinese astronaut Yang Liwei is expected to visit the exhibition.
