Cabinet promotes success of FTZ trials

The State Council, China's Cabinet, recently issued a circular on Free Trade Zone reform with the aim of replicating the success of pilot projects in the country's new free trade zones. Twelve new measures, such as the introduction of a negative list and simplified trade procedures, will be promoted nationwide, while another seven are to be applied to the special customs surveillance zones.
