Environment: Harbin is most congested city in China

If you think traffic is bad in your city, just try driving in Harbin. The city in Heilongjiang province was ranked the most congested in China in a study on transportation released this month. The report was jointly compiled by the map website Amap, the China Academy of Transportation Sciences, Tsinghua University and Alibaba Group's cloud computing unit. Jinan, Shandong province, is the second-most congested while Beijing is in third place.
