Peeping Tom caught red-handed

A member of security staff in an office building has been caught red-handed taking photos in a women's toilet. The 23-year-old man, surnamed Li, was reported to police on Oct 28 when a woman spotted him taking her picture. Li told officers that he was in the women's restroom because there was no toilet paper in the men's. However, police found more than 100 photos of women using the toilet on his phone, taken between Oct 21 and the day he was caught.
