Beauty for a Better Life project provides training expected to help poor women find employment

Oct 13 is a special date for employees of L'Oreal. Starting seven years ago, each of them was given the opportunity to raise a question to the Group's CEO via a worldwide live webchat on that date.

The global CEO especially discusses ethics with employees and L'Oreal's managing director for each country, including China, and also organizes a local dialogue on ethics.
