The third and final US presidential debate before the Nov 8 election focused, for the first time, on policy more than character, but the two candidates nonetheless lashed out at each other on Wednesday night.
Republican candidate Donald Trump called Democratic rival Hillary Clinton "such a nasty woman" and labeled the Clinton Foundation a criminal enterprise, saying that because of this, she should not have been allowed to seek the presidency.
Clinton said Trump had incited violence, belittled women and posed a danger to the US. She called him "unfit" to be commander in chief.
