Bank extraordinaire: When using an ATM, it's all too easy to grab the money and run - forgetting to take one's all-important bank card. I did this last week at a Bank of China machine in China Daily's lobby. I was in a hurry, and I grabbed the cash and ran. Then a little voice in my head shouted: "The card, stupid!"
