Court to hear celebrity divorce case

A Beijing court will hear a celebrity divorce case tomorrow. In August, movie star Wang Baoqiang stunned the nation by publicly announcing that he was divorcing his wife Ma Rong over an alleged affair with his agent. Wang became popular with his debut role in the movie Blind Shaft. The divorce has triggered a nationwide debate on love, marriage and the moral and legal obligations of a couple. The case will be heard by the Chaoyang District People's Court.
