Coach labels win over N. Ireland 'fairly effortless'
Northern Ireland manager Michael O'Neill pronounced Germany almost impossible to stop after the world champion's 2-0 win in their World Cup qualifier on Tuesday.
The Germans made it three wins from three qualifiers for the 2018 finals in Russia with first-half goals by Julian Draxler and Sami Khedira sealing the win in Hanover.
