NE China gas explosion kills 3

An explosion in a residential community in Harbin killed three people and injured another three, according to local sources. The explosion occurred at 4:57 am on the 14th floor of a high-rise building on Tuesday. Windows were blown out in an apartment on the 14th floor, and the 13th and 15th floors of the building were damaged. A preliminary investigation suggested that the blast was caused by a gas leak. Residents have been evacuated and investigations are continuing.
