Economy: Beijing and Shanghai are in top 10 in economic clout
When it comes to economic clout, Beijing has the third place in the world, according to PwC's biennial Cities of Opportunity report. But the survey noted that Beijing faces the challenge of high costs. Overall, the city ranked 19th. Shanghai ranked 21st overall, coming seventh in the economic clout indicator.
