Energy-use trading trials announced
Energy-use rights will be measured and traded in standard coal by the ton, the National Development and Reform Commission said in a statement. Zhejiang, Fujian, Henan and Sichuan provinces will start trial first in 2017, it added. Major power-consuming companies in the provinces will be involved in the trial.
