State Council to boost key sectors
A State Council meeting on Sept 5 decided to tackle weak links that hinder economic growth. Improved policies and comprehensive measures were agreed upon regarding key sectors: innovating financing methods for enterprises; accelerating construction of major growth-boosting projects; improving people's livelihoods and promoting economic growth.
